9. Before accepting to provide professional services, architects must take into account the limits of their proficiency, knowledge and the means at their disposal. In particular, they must not:(1) offer to perform or perform professional services for which they are not sufficiently prepared or do not have the skills, knowledge or means required unless they obtain the necessary assistance;
(2) offer to perform or perform professional services without having the possibility to exercise the personal intervention required by the nature of the services and the place where they are to be carried out.
